  • Design & Estimate Phase

    The initial phase includes an in-depth analysis of your soil, landscaping needs and several other factors to identify and design a custom irrigation solution for your property. We review your water source, any system enhancements you may be interested in and prepare a transparent estimate of your irrigation system.

  • Installation Phase

    Once you've reviewed and accepted your irrigation system's design and quote, we schedule a time for our industry leading technicians to visit your property, locate underground utilities, flag the yard and install your irrigation system.

  • Operation Phase

    All new installations include a complementary operational run through and maintenance guide provided by our expert Irrigation Technicians.

Warranty

Minnesota Irrigation warranties all materials installed by Minnesota Irrigation, including the controller, valves, sprinkler heads and piping, for a period of two years from the date of the installation. Labor to repair or replace the components of the sprinkler system is covered for a period of one year from installation.

The warranty includes only defects in materials or workmanship and excludes improper usage of the system, damage caused by freezing, fire, flooding, rodents, natural phenomena or any other damage causes. Any modification or repair of the system by any company other than Minnesota Irrigation voids this warranty. This warranty excludes the cost of backflow testing as may be required by city utilities, start up or winterization of the system or clogging of system components due to debris in the water supply.

Using a company other than Minnesota Irrigation for maintenance of your system for the duration of your warranty will void your warranty.
